corners with a radius of 4,35mm

hello guys,

I read in the german forum for a couple of days, but haven´t found
a solution for my problem until now.
We must round off the component corners with a radius of 4,35mm
as effective as possible for the production of 200 components.
My idea is to cut around the corners with a radius cutter and with the profiling. We only
have a 5mm radius cutter which is theoretically the best tool in order to approximate
the radius of 4,35mm in multiple cuts. Now we have tried something to make
with the side profil, but it does´nt work. Is that the right way at all or
there are better options for?

Hello,
I´ve been created a video last week how to generate a smaller radius on the work piece with a larger radius cutter.
With a radius desired of 4.3 mm with this method you can use a radius cutter with 5mm radius. The shape
of the cutter is of advantage. For this reason are less steps (tool paths) required. ( Attention! current version 3138 is required )
